17 Years Old Eastern Michigan Football Commit Elijah Berman Dies After Ohio Motorcycle Crash
17 years old Elijah Berman died in a motorcycle accident on June 24, 2025 in Franklin, Ohio. Elijah Berman played football for Eastern Michigan. Elijah Berman was a defensive lineman from Dayton who committed to Eastern Michigan on June 16.

17 years old Elijah Berman was a student of Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School. Elijah Berman’s school principal Greg Mueller confirmed the death of his student by sharing an email.
School principal Greg Mueller told that on Tuesday, June 24, around 5:12 pm, a collision took place between a motorcycle and a semi-truck in Franklin, a city between Dayton and Cincinnati. Ohio police are still investigating the incident.
Greg Mueller praised Berman in his email:
“Eli was an all-around Eagle — a member of the football and track teams, had recently accepted an offer to play college football at Eastern Michigan University, was an Eagle Ambassador, participated in the Little Sibs program and was a strong student with a big personality.”
