The girls were reported missing when Decker did not return them as planned. Their remains were discovered on June 2 near Rock Island Campground, where Decker’s abandoned pickup was also found, bearing bloody handprints.

Photos Show a Dangerous, Armed Person

Chelan County Sheriff’s Office shared updated images showing Decker’s distinctive tattoos, ponytail hairstyle, and facial hair. He’s described as 5’8″, dark‑haired, and “dangerous and possibly armed”.

Massive Manhunt Underway

With hundreds of officers, including National Guard and U.S. Marshals, combing forests and cabins, officials warn the public not to approach him. Communities near wilderness trails—especially around the Pacific Crest Trail and Canadian border—have been alerted.

Cellphone data shows Decker might’ve searched “how to relocate to Canada” days before the murders, raising concerns he could be fleeing the country.

Family Trauma & Mental Health Warning

The girls’ mother, through her attorney, described Decker as once loving but suffering a possible breakdown, potentially linked to PTSD and other mental-health struggles after his military service.

$20,000 Reward for His Capture

Authorities are offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to Decker’s arrest. He’s charged with three counts of first-degree murder and kidnapping. Anyone who spots him, especially in remote areas, should immediately contact 911 or Chelan County Sheriff’s Office—do not intervene.
