Ocala Man Charged With 20 Counts Of Possession of Child Pornography Received Through Skype, Facebook, Telegram

According to authorities, at first, Paul Kissner, 35, denied having child pornography, but when he was told that detectives were going to search through all electronic devices in the home for evidence, he admitted to receiving child phonography through Facebook and several video clips through Telegram. Kissner also stated there were over a hundred videos of child pornography on a phone next to his bed.

OCALA, FL – On June 1, Ocala Police Detectives arrested Paul Kissner, 35, for 20 counts of possession of child pornography. According to authorities, on Wednesday, May 18, Detectives received multiple tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) that numerous files containing child pornography were being shared through apps associated with Kissner’s accounts and devices. Several reports were made by Microsoft Skype and Facebook. Using additional information from the tips, detectives was able to locate Kissner at his mother’s house and established probable cause to search the residence.
 
On Wednesday, June 1, at approximately 6:30 a.m., an Ocala Police SWAT team responded to the home and made announcements for anyone inside to exit for a search warrant. Once the house was secured and everyone was out, detectives to interview Kissner. At first, Kissner became mildly defensive and denied having any child pornography, but when he was told that detectives were going to search through all electronic devices in the home for evidence of child pornography, he admitted to receiving child phonography through Facebook and several video clips through Telegram. Kissner then stated there were over a hundred videos of child pornography on a phone next to his bed.
 
While searching the home, several devices were located including cellphones, tablets, computers, and flash drives. The devices were given to Digital Forensics Technicians to conduct a forensic extraction of the items which found numerous files of child pornography including images and video of what detectives described in charging affidavits as nude females between the ages of 5 and 10 years of age in sexually explicate poses as well as performing sexual acts with men. Kissner was arrested and brought to the Marion County jail.
