Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg
Pro-criminal, black Manhattan District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, administered his lunatic form of justice in this case by charging Alba with murder, cuffing him, sending him off to rot in Rikers Island with a noose around his neck on an impossible to raise, $250,000 in bail.

NEW YORK, NY – We’re sure you’ve already become familiar with the sad story of Jose Alba, the hard-working Hispanic, Manhattan bodega clerk who was forced to grab a knife to defend himself against black career criminal, Austin Simon, out on bail for one of his many recent crimes, who entered the store and attempted to choke Alba to death over a stolen bag of potato chips. It’s been covered for days by Fox News and without doubt, never to be featured on MSNBC, CNN, PBS, NPR, CBS, and ABC, to name just a few of the faux outlets that masquerade as the “Mainstream Media.”

You know, of course, that the pro-criminal, black Manhattan District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, administered his lunatic form of justice in this case by charging Alba with murder, cuffing him, sending him off to rot in Rikers Island with a noose around his neck on an impossible to raise, $250,000 in bail. The victim is considered by Bragg to be the criminal. Madness in Manhattan.

Let’s now focus on the effect Bonehead Bragg’s treatment of an innocent store-clerk has on other Manhattan storekeepers who now must think twice about defending themselves physically against not only the thugs who control the streets of the borough, but against the “legal” store-shutting policies of their elected DA, as well. They expressed anger-motivated fear that these progressive policies will embolden crooks to invade their stores knowing full well that the borough’s top law enforcement guy has set the stage for their easy pickings.

Modou Wade, who runs Bakh Yaye, a food and clothing store smack dab in Harlem states: “This is very bad for this neighborhood.” He claimed that this already, teeming with crime area, has forced him and other entrepreneurs to reduce their hours out of fear of being robbed and murdered. A financial loss for his workers and for the availability for goods for the community. Another merchant, Mamadou Diallo, claimed: “Every day they come in with a knife and say ‘Give me something!'” This is going to make it more dangerous,” he said.

The DA ‘s office, attempting to mollify the merchants, mumbled on Wednesday, that it would prosecute crimes where guns were used and then blurted out its real policies: “We will be tough when we need to be, but we will not be seeking to destroy lives through unnecessary incarceration.”

Of course, Bragg was indicating concern for the lives of criminals. Stupid as dirt! But, he’s not alone. The Legal Aid Society, whose sole duty is to defend criminals, of course, came to his defense, not showing any concern for ordinary, hard working, law abiding storekeepers who are the heart an soul of low income neighborhoods. Thugs are their clients! Screw the law abiding victims!

Kudos to Vito Fossella, the white Borough President of Staten Island who claimed that in his borough you get 15-20 years behind bars if you rob a place of business with a weapon of any sort. And he spoke to merchants in his bailiwick that he’ll back them. They’re permitted to defend themselves against a violent attackers. He knows what his constituents want… the law abiding ones. And he caters to their needs as every elected official is required to do… except in Manhattan.

We’re calling for Bragg’s removal by our governor who is sadly out of touch with Manhattan’s retailers who want and need the protection against the rising tide of emboldened criminals who look to DA Bragg as their hero. Not ours, for sure. Call the moving guys!!
