His target was his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend, but fate twisted the plot, leading to the wrongful death of Robert Cooley III, 24.
Morris set off on a terrifying voyage on May 4, 2020, traveling roughly 250 miles from Houston to Arlington, which resulted in the regrettable Texas event. He planned to approach and hurt the boyfriend of his ex-girlfriend.
