Despite the rejection of their trade proposal by James’ camp and the Lakers, sources indicate that the Warriors remain undeterred in their pursuit of the future Hall of Famer.

Looking ahead to the offseason, the Warriors possess significant flexibility, with options to explore potential sign-and-trade scenarios involving Chris Paul’s non-guaranteed $30 million salary.  

This flexibility affords them the opportunity to continue their pursuit of James, despite the Lakers’ recent successes and James’ reported preference to finish his career in Los Angeles.
