“I was working out, and my body’s been really healthy, but I just got caught in an awkward spot doing a lift and my back went,” Clark said. Although that doesn’t happen often, it did happen, and you live and learn.”

After receiving rehabilitation, he made rapid progress that enabled him to get back to practicing and getting ready for the competition.
