Vladimir Putin began his fifth term as Russian president in a palace in Moscow, in front of a crowd that included actor Steven Seagal and a motorcycle gang leader.

Steven Seagal Spotted in Kremlin Palace:

“We are a united and great people, and together we will overcome all obstacles, realize all our plans, and win,” he stated after being sworn in on Tuesday.

During the glittering Grand Kremlin Palace event, Mr Putin placed his hand on the Russian Constitution and pledged to safeguard it in front of a crowd of handpicked luminaries.

Many renowned personalities were in the crowd, anxious to see the Kremlin leader sworn in again. The US actor, known for films like Under Siege and On Deadly Ground, is a Putin friend. In 2018, he was appointed Russia’s special envoy to the US. Ramzan Kadyrov has ruled Chechnya, a federal republic of Russia, since 2007 and has received significant leeway from Mr Putin in exchange for preserving the region’s stability. He has sent thousands of fighters to Ukraine.
