Adreanna Marie Flores, a 19-year-old girl, went missing on May 19, 2023, which led to a thorough investigation by the police. The investigation extended across different areas, including San Antonio, Bexar County, Laredo, and even New Mexico.

Multiple law enforcement agencies, such as the Texas Rangers, the Laredo and San Antonio police departments, New Braunfels CERT, various crime labs, and the Comal County DA’s Office, were involved in the investigation.

Sadly, the investigation has concluded that Flores is no longer alive, according to the police. Her boyfriend, Gilberto Sepulveda, a 25-year-old from San Antonio, has been arrested and charged with capital murder in connection with her death.

Additionally, he is facing other charges, including third-degree felony continuous family violence and third-degree felony repeated violation of a protection order. It is truly heartbreaking to hear about such a tragic outcome, and our thoughts go out to Adreanna’s loved ones during this difficult time.

Sepulveda is currently being held at the Comal County Jail, and his bond has been set at a total of $813,000. According to court records, a pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for June.

The investigation into this case is still ongoing, as authorities continue to gather evidence and seek justice for Adreanna Flores.

In light of Flores’ tragic death, the New Braunfels Police Department is urging anyone who may be a victim of dating or domestic violence to seek help. The NBPD provides resources and support to victims of violent crimes through its Victims Services Division. It’s important for those in need to reach out and take advantage of the assistance available to them.
