Missing WSU grad possibly connected to father of missing two-year-old girl

PULLMAN, Wash. — The Pullman Police Department is currently working on locating a missing two-year-old girl whose father may have ties to a missing 21-year-old Washington State University graduate.

The two-year-old girl was last seen with her father, Aaron Aung from Moscow, on May 29. They were supposedly heading to Montana for a fishing trip but have not returned. The girl was expected to be back with her mother in Pullman on June 3, but they did not show up for the custody exchange.

There are concerns that Aung might be with 21-year-old Nadia Cole, a recent WSU student who was reported missing to the Port of Seattle Police Department on May 28. Cole was last spotted leaving the SeaTac Airport on May 29 wearing specific clothing.

A reward of $1,000 is being offered for any information that could help bring her back home safely. If you have any details about the girl’s whereabouts, please contact the Pullman Police Department or your local law enforcement agency.

Both the Pullman Police Department and the Moscow Police Department are actively involved in the investigation. The mother of the missing two-year-old, Samara Harmon, expressed her shock at not being informed about the trip to Montana involving her daughter and Aung.

Harmon, who is 20 weeks pregnant, hopes for the safe return of her daughter and emphasizes the importance of preventing such situations for other parents. She described her daughter as a diva but also incredibly kind, highlighting their close bond.
