In Miami Beach, Florida, early Monday morning, there was an incident involving a reality TV personality and rap artist outside Club LIV on Collins Ave.
The individual in question is 39-year-old Atasha Chizaah Jefferson, known as Tommie Lee. Police were called to the scene around 2:20 a.m. and found Jefferson being restrained by the victim with her arms behind her back.
The victim reported that Jefferson, a stranger to him, approached him closely and attempted to place something in his hand. When the victim refused the item and tried to ignore Jefferson, she allegedly became agitated and poked him in the face. Following this physical altercation, the victim held Jefferson’s arms behind her back until law enforcement arrived.
Upon investigation, police reviewed surveillance footage that supported the victim’s version of events. Jefferson, who previously appeared on “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” was arrested for battery and taken into custody without further incident.
