Houston, Florida: A tragic accident on US-19 in Florida claimed the life of a 21-year-old motorcyclist from Inverness after a collision with a car driven by Melissa Annette Lopez, 25, of Hudson. The motorcyclist was fatally injured when Lopez, allegedly driving under the influence, pulled into his path. The crash, which caused the motorcycle to catch fire, has led to Lopez being charged with DUI manslaughter and other serious offenses.
