Friends Were Told To Prepare Their Alibis By The Teen Involved In The Las Vegas Apartment Shooting
LAS VEGAS: After a deadly shooting, a Las Vegas child is accused of leading a murder plan by urging his companions to “stick to the same story.” Daisy Gonzalez is connected to the firing at an apartment building on January 2, according to KLAS, a CBS station in Las Vegas. Someone called the police to report that Darian Gonzalez, his neighbor, had been shot inside the apartment that he lived in and that multiple people had been seen fleeing the property. Daisy Gonzalez and a small group of friends had gone to the residence of Darian Gonzalez that evening somewhere after 6 p.m., according to KLAS, which cited arrest records in its report.
A Neighbor Heard The Gunshots
She allegedly informed police that they smoked marijuana & drank beer while recording a song in Darian Gonzalez’s apartment in a makeshift studio. She reported to the authorities that she heard “a lot of shots” while in the restroom and that upon exiting, she discovered Darian Gonzalez unconscious. According to KLAS, which cited the arrest warrant, she and her friends left the apartment, but one of them was shot in the leg & made it to a hospital about 20 minutes only after the incident.
Finally, a neighbor who overheard the gunshots arrived at Darian Gonzalez’s apartment and located him, according to KLAS. Daisy Gonzalez allegedly texted her injured buddy on social media less than an hour following the fatal shooting, saying, “Don’t mention anything that happen.” She is reported to have said, “You both must adhere to the same story,” in reference to her friend & his partner. A few days later, she is said to have acknowledged in Instagram conversations that she “might have a little time, because I’m an accessory” and that “If I up being locked up & charged because nobody’s talking.”
The Buddies Had Not Gone To The Residence
According to KLAS, she also made the implication that “she could have prevented all this from happening.” The warrant also claims that she wrote, “I have good lawyers.” Later, Instagram messages that the buddies had not gone to the residence to record a song but rather to take one of Darian Gonzalez’s pistols were found by the investigators.
According to KLAS, at least three more persons have been charged in relation to the incident. Gonzalez had an adult certificate; according to KLAS, he was 15 or 16 years old at the shooting time. According to court documents, she faces charges of robbery, homicide, and conspiracy to commit robbery. Gonzalez’s next court date is set for September 16; according to court documents, she is presently being held.
