With an estimated net worth of $1.6 billion, the 34-year-old singer of “Bad Blood” has overtaken Rihanna on the list, according to Forbes. Swift’s live performances and music helped her secure the number one place, according to the financial magazine. The pop singer is worth an estimated $600 million, in addition to the $600 million she has accumulated via royalties and tours.

Swift has five houses around the US, totaling over $125 million in real estate. With an estimated net worth of $1.4 million owing to her lucrative Fenty Beauty and Savage x Fenty lines, Rihanna, 36, is right behind the singer of “Cruel Summer.” Rolling Stone claims that the Grammy winner’s Eras Tour, which began in March 2023 and has earned over $1 billion, is the highest-selling tour globally.

According to the publication, Swift sold over 4.3 million tickets in December 2023, with an average cost of $238. Congressmen questioned Ticketmaster’s control over concert ticket sales because of the unprecedented demand for tickets to the show. Swift is not only performing brilliantly while on tour, but her album releases are also shattering records. Swift started releasing remastered versions of her first five albums in 2021 in an effort to reclaim control of them following Scooter Braun’s disputed sale of her master recordings for over $300 million.

The singer of “Shake It Off” released “The Tortured Poets Department,” her most recent album, in April. It debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and remained at the top of the charts for 15 weeks. With over 2.4 million copies sold in pure sales in the first half of 2024 alone, the album has outsold all other projects in the year thus far.
