When cops arrived, Polo was arrested, and the victim was transported to HCA Florida Kendall Hospital in stable condition, according to police. Authorities claimed they discovered a revolver in his front waistband, one expended case on the road, and a car that had been hit by gunfire.

“Witnesses on scene advised that the victim was unarmed during the incident,” the arrest report read. “Video of the interaction also corroborates witnesses’. According to the report, the victim was a small-framed old woman, whereas the defendant was a large-framed young male. Polo came before a judge on Wednesday, who rejected bond and appointed him a public defender.
