Is Luigi Mangione Innocent? Eyebrow Photos Ignite Wild Theories Online

The suspect in the murder of Brian Thompson, the CEO of UnitedHealthcare, Luigi Mangione, showed up in court Tuesday afternoon for his extradition hearing. Second-degree murder is the charge against the 26-year-old. “It’s totally out of touch and an insult to the intelligence of the American people and their lived experience!” Mangione screamed as he was carried into the Blair County Courthouse in Pennsylvania.

A number of people on social media have now developed the hypothesis that Mangione is “innocent” and involved in a “cover-up.” Regarding these allegations, authorities have not yet released a statement. Users of the X platform, now known as Twitter, contrasted Luigi Mangione’s images with those captured by CCTVs in New York City following the shooting death of Brian Thompson when he appeared in court. “The eyebrows are everything. The fall person is Luigi Mangione. One user on the Elon Musk-led platform commented, “Bookmark this.” They were talking about the masked man’s eyebrows in the CCTV footage.

“I may be mistaken, but I don’t think this is the same man. In several photos, Luigi’s large, dark eyebrows nearly form a unibrow. Another person tweeted, “Dude on the right doesn’t.” “Unless his face gained five pounds and he used Miraclegrow for his eyebrows, the chin, jawline, and eyebrows do not match.” A third commented, “And it’s very kind of the officers to allow him to keep his jacket and scarf on for the mugshot, which is totally normal.” Mangione was denied bail and is fighting extradition to New York. Prosecutors have 30 days to obtain a governor’s warrant.
