Elon Musk may soon join the ranks of high-profile Floridians, with reports suggesting that the Tesla and SpaceX founder is seriously considering purchasing a condominium in West Palm Beach. Musk, who has been spending considerable time in Florida, is particularly frequenting Mar-a-Lago, the exclusive resort owned by former President Donald Trump.

This comes after Trump appointed Musk as co-chair of the newly established Department of Government Efficiency, also known as DOGE. Musk’s potential move to Florida appears to be part of his growing ties to the state, both personally and professionally.

According to local news outlet the Palmer Report, the family of the late cosmetics mogul Sydell Miller is reportedly offering her luxurious condo to Elon Musk for a staggering $100 million. If the deal goes through, it would set a new record for the highest price ever paid for a property in the area.

The condo in question is a sprawling 19,000 square-foot penthouse located in the prestigious Bristol condominium building, which sits along the Intracoastal Waterway, just a short distance across the bridge from Palm Beach. The Bristol, a stunning 25-story residential tower, was completed in 2019 and is known for its exclusive amenities and prime location.
