Ample Evidence Exists To Prosecute Broward Deputy Nezar Hamze

According to American law, treason is the act of aiding enemies of the nation. Here is how treason is explained by 18 U.S Code §2381:

“Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

Those who are guilty of treason may not hold public office in America.

As it happens, America is at war. American officials do not acknowledge this war. But America’s enemies have no hesitation or timidity with regard to their acknowledgement of the war that they have declared.

The FBI carried out a raid in 1991, during which certain documents were discovered, including a Muslim Brotherhood publication titled “Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal for the Group in North America.” In that document appears their declaration of war against America. One notable paragraph, for example, states the following:

“The process of settlement is a “Civilization-Jihadist Proecess” with all the word means. The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and “sabotaging” its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions. Without this level of understanding, we are not up to this challenge and have not prepared ourselves for Jihad yet. It is a Muslim’s destiny to perform Jihad and work wherever he is and wherever he lands until the final hour comes, and there is no escape from that destiny except for those who chose to slack. But, would the slackers and the Mujahedeen be equal.”

Who are the Ikhwan to which the Memorandum refers? According to Wikipedia:

“The Ikhwan (Arabic: الإخوان‎‎, The Brethren), also Akhwan, was the first Saudi army made up of traditionally nomadic tribesmen which formed a significant military force of the ruler Ibn Saud and played an important role in establishing him as ruler of most of the Arabian Peninsula in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”

So as one can see, the intention of the Muslim Brotherhood is to destroy Western Civilization, eradicating American government, law, society, institutions, and norms, in order to replace them with those imposed by the Islamic caliphate. They have made no secret of it.

In December 2018, perhaps somewhat redundantly, the Muslim Brotherhood declared the United States of America to be an enemy state, which might have been understood from their earlier declaration of war. But why nitpick?

Hamas, the terrorist group that controls the Gaza Strip, whose members actually constitute a majority of the Palestinian legislature, defines itself in the Hamas Charter as a wing of the Muslim Brotherhood. Members of Hamas participated in the establishment of CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations). One of CAIR’s chief directors, Nihad Awad, openly supports Hamas. Supporters of CAIR Florida have openly supported Hamas. Some say that CAIR is Hamas.

CAIR was in 2008 designated by federal officials as being one of the Muslim Brotherhood affiliates that were unindicted coconspirators in America’s largest case of raising funds for terrorists. Why indictments were not served against CAIR at that time is not understood. But the deed was acknowledged in the federal courts.

A homegrown subversive jihadi group, the creation of a self-defined enemy of America that declared war against America, with the clear objective of destroying every good aspect of America, in order to replace it all with a profoundly fascistic totalitarian culture, remains unindicted for its treasonous action of raising funds for America’s enemies.

It should not be too surprising, therefore, that a close associate of the Muslim Brotherhood, a senior director in CAIR Florida for many years, might be emboldened to repeat past offenses by also raising funds for terrorists.

The investigative journalism of Joe Kaufman brought to light treasonous acts committed by CAIR Florida Director Nezar Hamze, in collusion with other CAIR associates such as Wilfredo Ruiz and Ghazala Salam. In his article of September 14, 2015, titledBroward Deputy Sheriff Nezar Hamze Involved With Second Terrorist Group, Kaufman describes Hamze’s involvement in raising funds to support terrorism.

Without question, Broward Deputy Nezar Hamze is an operative of the Muslim Brotherhood, a fundraiser in support of terrorists, and a promoter of the destructive objectives of America’s self-defined enemies.

As a person who supports Sharia, which diametrically opposes the Constitution that Hamze falsely swore to support and defend, Hamze is legally ineligible to be employed in law enforcement. The Constitution requires all sworn officials to bear allegiance to American law, but Hamze refuses to renounce Sharia, of which documentary evidence is available.

In addition, Hamze’s material aid to an international jihadi organization, dedicated to America’s demise, constitutes treason. The Constitution precludes Hamze, clearly, from working in law enforcement.

There is evidence that Sheriff Gregory Tony has been fully informed of all of these facts, and that he has simply refused to address them. There is evidence that Sheriff Tony is, therefore, guilty of misprision of treason, as well as of certain other crimes.
