PORTSMOUTH, OH – Let’s call a spade a spade. Brainwashing students without parental knowledge in public schools with unscientific gender ideology and denial of factual biology is child abuse. And responsible elected officials in every state must propose and pass laws to charge public school staff with child endangerment crimes. Lock ‘em up!

In at least 6,000 public schools across the country, children are being encouraged to inch toward fateful decisions with lifelong impact, all without their parent’s knowledge or consent, reveals an article at The Heritage Foundation.

In Foote v. Ludlow School Community, the parents of two minor children sued a school district for violating their civil rights based on a policy at Baird Middle School in Ludlow, Massachusetts. That policy: secretly promote and facilitate gender transitions without parental consent, the article continues.

Parental rights suits focusing on secret transition policies have also been filed in state courts in Wisconsin

The Clay County School Board was sued by parents that alleged school officials hid their 12-year-old daughter’s mental health and gender identity issues for months – only informing them after the child attempted suicide in the school bathroom on two separate occasions. Clay County is located just southwest of Jacksonville, Florida.

The Child and Parental Rights Campaign filed the suit on behalf of the parents in federal court. Child and Parental Rights Campaign, Inc. (CPR-C) is a non-partisan, non-profit public interest law firm whose mission is to defend parental rights and protect children’s well-being against the impacts of gender identity ideology.

Aurora Regino, a mother in California blasted her local school board after finding out her 11 year old daughter was being secretly transitioned in her elementary school. Even after she called it out, the school board voted to keep the “parental secret policy” so they could continue secretly transitioning young kids, reported an article for News Busters.

“During one of the meetings, my daughter told the counselor she wanted to tell me about her new identity. They ignored her request and did nothing to support her in letting me know what was going on at school,” she told the board.

Her daughter now re-identifies as the girl that she is but the school voted to maintain keeping things like this secretive from parents, notes the article.

Regino went on Fox & Friends First to once again condemn the behavior of the Calif. School. Watch on Twitter.

The Prohibiting Parental Secrecy Policies in Schools Act, sponsored by Rep. Doug LaMalfa (R-CA), would withhold federal funding from schools that fail to require parental permission before a student can change their name or pronouns at school. The bill was offered in response to a lawsuit filed by Regino, who is suing California’s Chico Unified School District.

Lawmakers need to pass legislation to fire and charge school counselors with child abuse when they circumvent parents and cause harm to students. Their state license needs to be revoked.

Additionally, a mother from Maine is suing her local school board for keeping her child’s “transgender” identity a secret from her. Amber Lavigne, supposedly found a chest binder in her 13-year-old daughter’s belongings. Later she found out that her child’s school social worker provided the young teen the chest binder and that she was “counseling her about transitioning genders,” reported The Federalist

Once again, laws need to be on the books to charge this public school social worker and school counselor with child abuse – that’s my professional viewpoint as a former child therapist.

This was no accident: my daughter’s public school counselor deliberately tried to keep me in the dark, encouraging my daughter’s gender transition and encouraging her to hide it from me. When school officials found out, they actually defended the counselor’s actions, trampling on my constitutional rights at every turn. I deserve to know what’s happening to my child — the secrecy needs to stop,” declared Lavigne.

The Goldwater Institute is assisting Lavigne in the lawsuit as well as other similar cases. The staff attorney said, “The Supreme Court has repeatedly held, over the last century, that parents have a fundamental right to control and direct the education, upbringing, and healthcare decisions of their children, but parents cannot meaningfully exercise this right if public schools hide vital information about their children from them — which is exactly what the Great Salt Bay Community School did to Ms. Lavigne.”

The National Association of School Principals advises keeping parents in the dark about their children’s gender identities and calls on schools to remind parents that not supporting the rights of transgender students “runs contrary to the values of the school.”

These public school principals need to be charged child abuse as well, so lawmakers need to get busy passing legislation in each state to protect children and support parents. It’s imperative for rational and reasonable citizens to be elected to school boards across the USA.

Parents and teachers are going to court to protect children from a radical ideology that can destroy their minds and bodies, notes an article in The Daily Signal.

The following major mental health associations have blood on their hands for supporting harmful gender identity transitioning for minors in my professional view: The American Psychiatric Association, The American Psychological Association, The American Counseling Association, The American School Counseling Association, and The National Association of Social Workers.

And just what powerful entity is the aforementioned associations serving behind the clandestine curtain? Follow the money and power trail. They’ve betrayed the American public and flushed “Do No Harm” down the toilet.

However, 2023 is the year for sensible citizens to continue to unite, organize, and peacefully fight against the public school systems that harm children. Truth will prevail.
