What Was Paul Mitchell’s Son Angus Mitchell’s Cause Of Death? Report Reveals

280

Angus Mitchell passed away in Honolulu on January 3 at 53, leaving his father Paul Mitchell behind with no other children. Until recently, there was little information available regarding the sudden cause of his death.

On a police report, witnesses mentioned seeing Angus drinking with friends that night. Despite this, he didn’t consume a significant amount of alcohol that would have made him drunk. The following morning, a driver arrived at Angus’s home to take him to the airport for his flight from Hawaii to California. However, when they couldn’t locate him, their search led them to the swimming pool where the driver discovered Angus deceased.

Efforts to rescue him from drowning were in vain. The driver pulled Angus out of the water and attempted CPR on his chest, but when paramedics arrived moments later with a defibrillator, they were unable to revive him as he had already passed away.

A legacy endures
Angus inherited his father’s stake in John Paul Mitchell Systems (JPMS) and its affiliated schools; his renowned father lost his battle to pancreatic cancer in 1989, a fact confirmed with great sorrow by John Paul DeJoria upon Angus’s passing.
