Port Charlotte, FL – A Florida woman who was already facing drug charges has been arrested once again—this time with a large stash of fentanyl and methamphetamine.

Deputies from the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) took 28-year-old Kristina Seybold into custody on Tuesday evening outside a Dollar General store on Tamiami Trail. Authorities had been tracking Seybold due to outstanding felony warrants from a previous undercover drug investigation.

When she stepped out of the store, deputies moved in and arrested her without incident.

What Deputies Found

During the arrest, officers found a massive amount of illegal drugs, including:

  • 32.2 grams of fentanyl

  • 54.7 grams of methamphetamine

  • Suboxone strips

  • Hydromorphone Hydrochloride pills

  • Clonazepam pills

Authorities also discovered drug paraphernalia and a large amount of cash, indicating that Seybold was actively dealing drugs.

Sheriff’s Strong Response

Sheriff Bill Prummell did not hold back when commenting on the arrest.

“Some people just refuse to learn a lesson, and this individual is one of those people,” Prummell said. “When you continue to push poison on my streets, disrupting the quality of life for the good people of this community, you will face the consequences.”

Seybold was already out on bond from two other drug-related cases—one of which involved selling fentanyl to undercover officers.

Facing Serious Charges

After this latest arrest, Seybold has been booked into the Charlotte County Jail and is now facing multiple charges, including:

  • Trafficking fentanyl

  • Trafficking methamphetamine

  • Three counts of possession of a controlled substance

  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
